Survey presented mpathy have recently presented the 2008 call/contact centre benchmarking survey in social housing. This year saw an increase in the number of participants with 92 different inputs representing almost 1.4 million properties. This year saw the survey develop and drew comparisons with the previous year and also the private and public sectors whilst also segmenting on size, type of organisation (e.g. ALMO, LSVT, Local Authority or Housing Association). Mpathy is delighted to announce the launch of the second call/contact centre survey in conjunction with our partners HouseMark. Following on from the success of the 2007 survey, we are commencing the second sector-wide benchmark survey very soon. The online survey will go live in June with reporting taking place later in the year. We will be building on the findings of the 2007 survey with an anticipated increase in the number of participants and also using last years data to reference against.
